My first order made up of 3 items. Only 1 arrived with no explanation as to why. Upon contacting Craghoppers they blamed their IT systems and told me a refund would be sent. Poor level of service

Great walking trousers, good fit, nice material, lots of good features. Swift delivery.

5 days to inform me that order would not be fulfilled and only after I requested an update. Refund timescale also longer than stated in their terms. Very poor all round, I would avoid these guys.

I've had a myriad of problems ordering through their online store. The first order I placed had a cancelled item that I was notified about. As I result I placed another order with other items that would replace the item that was cancelled. Once the package arrived it was missing 3 of the items I ordered. I reached out to customer service only to be told that the items were cancelled because they did not have them in stock. I explained that they were available on their site and they instructed me to to re-order the cancelled items. Only, at this point I was leaving for a trip in a couple days and would need the items for the trip. They advised me to use express shipping and said I would get the items the next day. WELL, fast forward to the next day- I contact them to ask for tracking since it was supposed to arrive that day. They explained that they were wrong and that express shipping would delivery in 3 business days. I told them that was not acceptable and to cancel the order. They then tell me it's too late to cancel the order since it was being prepared for shipment. I mean really my mind is blown with all the problems with this company. So now I have a shipment coming that I won't receive in time for the trip I needed it for and they refuse to do anything to account for or fix their errors? GOBSMACKED

Ordered shorts on June 1st Cannot get any details as to why they haven’t arrived. Asked for money back 3 times. Was told it would be sent to my account. 11th july still no refund and cannot get a straight answer as to why. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a down jacket during their warehouse revamp which offered free longer delivery, which was no problem and nice to have free delivery... Until it just didn't turn up and completely disappeared off the face of the earth. I'm now £35 odd poorer and no jacket for a long solo expedition so thank you Craghoppers for wasting my time and money. Customer service have promised it's being packed and despatched etc but simply wasn't the case. Would give 0 stars if possible, do yourself a favour and head over to Blacks, Cotswold, GO Outdoors etc and actually have it arrive.

I have 2 shirts from craghoppers noselife. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes just sting through the fabric. Less than usual, but this shouldn't be allowed

Their hiking clothes are great - good price point, flattering and nice quality.

However, their online sales are a mess. I ordered 5 items, only one arrived. Only by chasing customer service did I find out they were out of stock and would be cancelled - no email, no change to the order overview in my account overview on their website. They said I could just reorder through the website once the items were restocked - funny thing is they were and are still available on their website. I have been in contact with their customer service for over a week now to get the money back for the items they didn't and won't deliver - to no avail, every representative makes assurances to escalate and speed up the claim but nothing happens. Now they stopped replying altogether and are just sitting on my money - really disappointing, with such business practices the greatest hiking clothes are not worth buying.

So disappointed, and actually was looking forward to be able to give a good review on the product, but
I ordered swimwear from Craghoppers and was very happy it turned up in time for my holiday, and it fitted felt and looked lovely, then I went swimming in new costume and it turned yellow, I was told by Craghoppers Customer services that it was because I was wearing suncream, (not sure why they expected me not to wear suncream while wearing a bikini) but they said they were happy to give me a refund, so I sent the swimwear back, that was the the 3rd June, iam still waiting on a refund, and i have sent several emails, so disappointed in a product I was really delighted with when first got it, and now disappointed with the customer service iam getting from them. Shame.

Trousers arrived within time and were as described….a good fit and they were perfect for my month travelling around Europe. No worries about creasing and were easy to wash and dry which is important when you’re constantly on the move.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers from Craghoppers. Neither pair fitted so I returned them on June 10th. Since then I have emailed Craghoppers to chase up my refund. Every time they give a different excuse regarding why they haven’t repaid me. I would never order anything from them again.

Honestly love Craghoppers, their hiking gear is made well, looks good and reasonable priced. I’m a repeat customer and would definitely recommend

I placed an order 6 days ago for a 3-5 day delivery... Order says still processing and no sign of the trousers that I need before next week. I have queried why the order is so slow and they say it is due to a system update and they are working on a backlog!!

Very good service and products.

Fantastic dress for hot summer days with hidden pocket for phone don’t get better. With prompt delivery too.
